Luxoria Interiors – FAQ

Do you offer a fully managed interior design and project service?
Yes. Luxoria Interiors provides a fully managed, end-to-end interior design service, overseeing every stage from initial concept through to final installation and styling. We manage the entire process on your behalf, including design development, procurement, logistics, contractor coordination, and on-site execution.
Our role extends beyond design creation. We act as the central point of coordination between all parties involved in the project, ensuring that every detail is aligned with the original vision and delivered with precision. This allows our clients to enjoy a completely seamless experience, with minimal disruption and full confidence that every element is being handled with care.
Do you provide project management and site coordination?
Yes. Project management is an integral part of our service. We oversee the practical execution of the design, coordinating closely with contractors, artisans, and specialist trades to ensure the design intent is delivered accurately on site.
This includes managing schedules, monitoring progress, resolving site queries, and ensuring that all works align with the agreed design direction. We maintain consistent oversight throughout the build and installation phases, acting as the link between design vision and technical delivery.
Our approach is highly detail-led and proactive, ensuring that potential issues are anticipated and resolved before they impact the overall progression of the project.
Where do you work?
Luxoria Interiors undertakes projects across Paris, the French Riviera, Monaco, and selected international locations. Many of our clients are based abroad, and we are accustomed to managing projects remotely while maintaining a strong on-site presence through trusted local teams and regular site visits.
Each project is considered individually, depending on scope, scale, and requirements.
How involved will I need to be in the process?
Our process is designed to feel collaborative, yet entirely effortless for our clients. We involve you at key creative and decision-making stages, while managing the technical, logistical, and operational elements behind the scenes.
Typically, your input is required during concept approvals, material selections, and key design sign-offs. Outside of these stages, we handle the day-to-day coordination, allowing you to remain as involved or as hands-off as you wish.
The aim is to provide clarity without burden, ensuring the experience feels structured, calm, and considered.
Do you work with architects, builders, structural engineers and contractors?
Yes. We regularly collaborate with architects, construction teams, developers, and specialist contractors. We are experienced in working within established project structures, as well as introducing and coordinating our own trusted network of professionals where required.
Our role is to ensure complete alignment between architectural intent and interior design execution, maintaining consistency across all disciplines involved in the project.
Can you work with existing furniture, artwork, or sentimental pieces?
Absolutely. Where appropriate, we are very happy to incorporate existing furniture, artwork, or personal pieces into the design scheme. These elements are carefully reviewed during the early stages of the project to understand how they can be integrated in a considered and meaningful way.
Our approach is never to impose a completely new layer unnecessarily, but rather to refine, elevate, and curate what already exists where it adds value to the overall scheme.
What level of budget is required for a Luxoria project?
Budgets vary significantly depending on scope, location, specification, and level of refurbishment required. During the early stages of the process, we establish a realistic framework based on your expectations and project ambitions.
As the design develops, this is refined with full transparency, ensuring that every decision is aligned with both aesthetic intent and financial clarity. Our role is to guide investment thoughtfully, ensuring value is allocated to the areas that have the greatest impact on the overall result.
Do you handle procurement and installation?
Yes. We manage the full procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, tracking, and delivery of all furniture, finishes, lighting, and FF&E elements.
Once items arrive on site, we oversee installation and ensure every piece is placed according to the design intent. This includes final positioning, coordination with contractors, and complete styling of the finished space.
This stage is carefully managed to ensure accuracy, continuity, and a smooth transition from design to completion.
Do you offer styling-only or smaller-scale projects?
Yes. Alongside full interior design services, we also undertake selected styling, furnishing, and spatial refinement projects. These are ideal for clients who are not undertaking structural works but wish to elevate or complete an existing space.
Each styling project is approached with the same level of curation and attention to detail as a full-scale commission, ensuring a cohesive and refined result.
How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary depending on scope, complexity, and location. Following the initial consultation and concept phase, we establish a clear programme that outlines key stages from design development through to installation.
We prioritise quality, precision, and careful coordination over speed, ensuring that each phase is given the appropriate time required to achieve a considered and well-executed result.
