Villa – Cannes
“Truly elegant design incorporates top-notch functionality into a simple, uncluttered form.” — David Lewis
Tucked away in the quiet hills above Cannes sits Villa Cannes, a striking home surrounded by manicured gardens. This project involved a total renovation and modernising of the home.
The brief called for a comfortable family home that can suit entertaining when needed.
“The home should be the treasure chest of living.” – Le Corbusier
Project: Interior Design French Riviera. Our interior design office was honoured to work on the Villa Cannes Project on the Côte d’Azur. This contemporary villa fits right in with the old-world glamour of the prestigious Chemin des Collines enclave in Cannes. The home was transformed by using tasteful classical accents synonyms with the Riviera. This was done to emphasise the beauty of the structure’s contemporary frame.
People living on the Riviera enjoy over 300 days of sunshine a year, short winters and long lazy summers. Because of this, great care and consideration were taken in all choices of furniture & fabrics chosen. The aim was to reflect the summers and the lightness of the French Riviera. Additionally, the garden and subsequent grounds were extended to create a breathtaking focal point of the ancient olive trees. Subsequently, the gardens and terrace envelop the property and draw the focus in the direction of the majestic Mediterranean sea. To see from our interior design French Riviera projects click HERE
