Initial Consultation The journey begins with an introductory meeting, held either in person or remotely, depending on your location and preference. Rather than focusing solely on aesthetics, we explore how you live within a space — how you move through it, what you value most, and what feels unnecessary. We consider architectural context, personal references, and the emotional direction of the project. This stage allows us to establish a clear and considered foundation, shaped around your needs, expectations, and vision. Concept Development Following the initial consultation, our design team begins the creative development process. Ideas are translated into visual direction through curated mood boards for each space, combining imagery, textures, materials, and tonal references. This is where the project begins to take shape visually. Concepts are developed with a strong sense of atmosphere, balancing materiality, proportion, and intent. Where appropriate, we may also explore early spatial sketches or visual studies to support the design direction. Concept Presentation We reconvene to present the initial design direction in full. Each space is introduced with its own narrative, allowing you to understand not only what is being proposed, but why it has been considered. This stage is highly collaborative. Your feedback plays an essential role in refining the direction, ensuring the concept aligns with both your vision and the way you wish to live. Adjustments are made thoughtfully, with the aim of achieving complete alignment before moving forward. Design Development Once the concept is approved, we move into detailed development. This stage focuses on precision and refinement, where ideas are translated into fully specified design solutions. Furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and materials are carefully selected and defined. Floor plans are refined to scale, and 3D visuals can be developed where required to further support spatial understanding. At the same time, we begin to establish a working budget based on the evolving scope. This phase brings clarity to every element of the design, ensuring both aesthetic coherence and practical integrity. Final Design Presentation The full scheme is then presented in detail. This includes all furniture selections, material specifications, bespoke joinery, flooring, paint palettes, and FF&E schedules, supported by execution drawings and photorealistic  renders where applicable. This is the point at which the design is experienced as a complete vision. Every element is reviewed together, allowing for final refinements and adjustments before approval. Once agreed, the design is formally signed off and prepared for implementation. Procurement and Project Coordination With the design finalised, we take full responsibility for procurement and coordination. Every item is ordered, tracked, and managed through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and continuity across the entire scheme. We liaise directly with suppliers, artisans, and contractors, overseeing timelines and resolving any logistical considerations along the way. For projects involving renovation or construction, we coordinate closely with site teams to ensure the design is executed with precision and care. This is a fully managed stage, designed to remove complexity and ensure complete consistency between vision and execution. Installation and Styling As the project moves into physical realisation, we oversee installation on site, ensuring every element is placed in accordance with the approved design. Once the structural and furnishing elements are in place, we focus on styling the space. This final layer is where the design is brought fully to life — through composition, texture, and detail. Each room is refined with a considered approach to balance, proportion, and atmosphere. The result is a space that feels complete, cohesive, and quietly resolved. Handover and Reveal We then invite you to experience the completed space in its entirety. The reveal is a considered moment, where the vision is fully realised and experienced for the first time as a whole. Any final adjustments are addressed with care, ensuring every detail meets expectation. The handover marks the transition from project to lived space.
