“I try to give people a different way of looking at their surroundings. That’s art to me.” Maya Lin

Below is our ever evolving portfolio, here you will find interior design project ideas which have been applied in the Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Yachting spheres. Our works are chronicled as follows:

Corporate Office – Monaco

Commercial

Our private commercial interior design project was something of a whirlwind transformation. The project saw the total redevelopment of a former dark residential space into a bright and
contemporary office space. The renovation allowed the full potential of the property to be realised.

Villa Mougins

Residential

Project Interior design Mougins: Nestled in the sleepy hills above Mougins sits the idyllic Villa Mougins. The property consists of three bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a large open living area – as well as beautifully manicured gardens and a sultry sun-drenched pool. The pool area is afforded hours of sunlight thanks to its southwest orientation. The area is tastefully decorated, the sun loungers are enveloped in cascading gardens – further enhancing the pool area’s Mediterranean ambience.

Aesthetics Clinic – Le Marais, Paris

Commercial

Luxoria was commissioned to undertake a full renovation, fit-out, design and project management of a new chain of aesthetic clinics. The flagship clinic is based in the trendy Marais district in a large historic building. We wanted to enhance the character of the building’s interiors by preserving original features such as the powerful wooden beams proudly displayed on the second level.

Villa Eze: A Masterpiece of Luxury Interior Design in the Hills of Èze

Residential

The superb Villa Eze stands as a testament to the harmonious integration of architectural design, luxurious materials, and the breathtaking natural surroundings of Èze. It serves as a showcase of exemplary luxury interior design.

Interior Design Renovation: Project Greece

Residential

The very essence of this endeavour lay in its capacity to engage with the pristine environment that enveloped it. To accomplish this, a selection of natural materials was employed, crafting an ambience that was seamlessly interwoven with the rustic setting in which the property is situated.

Hotel Rey – Reykjavik, Iceland

Hospitality

Located in the land ice and fire, our ongoing hospitality interior design project is a large-scale development in Reykjavik, Iceland. The brief for the 450 room hotel development was to pay homage to the Icelandic landscape, through cool colour schemes and warm materials. Cosy furniture and inviting bars work together to create a comforting atmosphere.

LUXYA Yacht

Yachting

A striking yacht interior design project that saw us develop a new approach to yacht interiors. The inspiration or the design was a hotel at sea, we wanted to evoke the relaxation and ease one feels when at a luxury hotel. This was achieved by a clever combination of highend materials, plush fabrics, and a joyous colour scheme.

Country Estate Villa – Provence

Residential

A home restoration project in the heart of Provence, this project saw us undertake a fullscale redevelopment of a provençal villa. It was important to be sympathetic to the history of
the home when the renovations began.

Villa – Saint-Tropez

Residential

This project called for an overhaul of the furniture and finishes in the home. The house’s location played a huge role in the furniture and colour scheme used in the project. It was important for us to pay homage to the land of Boheme chic in all our choices. A fresh blend of natural materials and a light colour scheme bring this space to life.

Apartment – Musician’s District, Nice

Residential

A two-bedroom apartment in the trendy Musiciens district of Nice needed a revamp. This project was a total renovation. The space was completely gutted and redesigned to accommodate our client’s lifestyle. Our client wanted a playful design that echoed their travels over the years.
